Sugar Alternatives

Helping you to find your path towards improved health and wellness,  we use natural sweeteners which are great alternatives to refined sugar.  We avoid using any added refined sugar or artificial sweeteners.

RICE MALT SYRUP - contains no fructose and is also great for those following a low FODMAP diet.

COCONUT SUGAR - is minimally processed, sap from the coconut palm is dehydrated at very low temperatures, this allows the high mineral and nutrient content to be retained.

DATES - are great for using in raw foods, giving a nice caramel flavour.
